Zenya 6.3.0 Update 1

In this update, we have fixed some bugs. Hopefully you haven't been affected by them or only slightly!

See status.infoland.nl for the exact date/time for rollout to Zenya SaaS.

Changing read permissions for external sources

In Zenya 6.3.0, read permissions for external resources have been introduced. This allows you to restrict the use of external resources to some specific users or groups.

By default, this sets the system group "All logged-in users" as the reader for all external sources. However, this is not always the desired situation from a security point of view.

In Zenya 6.3.0 Update 1, these read permissions have therefore been changed. The system group "All logged-in users" is removed. In addition, read rights are added for all users and groups that have notification or coordinator rights for a notification type with this external source. This prevents unauthorised users from accessing the external source.

For i+ODBC sources, you can change these read permissions via the "External sources" application manager in Zenya.

For other types of external sources (HL7/Nedap/MijnCaress), you can contact the Infoland service desk to have these changes made (if reporting rights are changed for the reporter). This is the case because it is not yet possible to change these read permissions yourself via Zenya. We expect to add functionality to Zenya in one of the upcoming releases to be able to change read permissions for these other "External sources".

Every 14 days, we release a minor update for Zenya SaaS.
In these updates, we improve Zenya's performance and fix bugs.
Sometimes we also make minor improvements to the functionality and/or appearance of Zenya in these updates. The criterion we use here is 'minimal impact on the end user'.

Changes with greater impact are always rolled out in major updates, which come out about 4 times a year and are always announced in advance.
