Interactive documents 2.1.0

For interactive documents, standalone updates are performed. These can coincide with a minor or major release for Zenya, but do not have to. This applies to both Zenya on-premises and Zenya SaaS.

We regularly release a minor update for interactive documents. These updates mainly fix bugs. In addition, there may be minor functional changes in the update. These are improvements that make using interactive documents even easier and can be used without explanation. Larger functional changes are only made available in a major update.

This release includes functional changes, number of bug fixes and a comprehensive technical update.

Table functionality

Options for tables in interactive documents have been further extended.

Copy and paste tables
It is now possible to copy tables from another source such as Microsoft Word or Excel and paste them into an interactive document. You must first add a table element, then select "paste table". The table will be overwritten. Adding a copied table to an existing table via paste is not possible.

Technical update

For interactive documents, a technical update has taken place resulting in performance improvements and interface updates that facilitate use.

Bug fixes

  • 61948: Text of an answer was not shown in full on a scorecard.
  • 66347: Generation of a pdf was not possible for a large interactive document.
  • 67141: Indented numbered or bulleted lists in a table of an interactive document were not indented.
  • 67143: When previewing an interactive document with a table, HTML tags were displayed.
  • 67422: An internal server error occurred when you went to print an interactive document containing a table.
