Zenya 7.4.0 Update 4

Every 14 days, we release a minor update for Zenya SaaS. In these updates, we make minor improvements, improve Zenya's performance and fix bugs. Minor updates have minimal impact for end users of Zenya. Changes with greater impact are always rolled out in major updates, which come out about 3x a year and are always announced in advance.

Zenya AI Search

From now on, the search results also show the collections of these results and can be filtered through on this Also, Zenya AI can now answer questions on Vilans documents and searching by quick code and document number has been improved.

RISK - rights and roles

From now on, the content manager role can only modify risks and controls and not delete or archive them. The only role that can now delete or archive risks and controls is the coordinator.

For application managers and ICT

As part of our ongoing commitment to improved security standards, we now support TLS 1.3, the latest version of the Transport Layer Security protocol. TLS 1.3 offers significant security and performance improvements over previous TLS versions.

However, enabling TLS 1.3 could potentially cause connectivity issues for older systems or software that may not be compatible with this latest version. For this reason, we will not start enforcing TLS 1.3 for now but will keep TLS 1.2 as the minimum supported version, though there is an intention to eventually make a final switch.
