Zenya 7.5.0 Update 2

Every 14 days, we release a minor update for Zenya SaaS. In these updates, we make minor improvements, improve Zenya's performance and fix bugs. Minor updates have minimal impact for end users of Zenya. Changes with greater impact are always rolled out in major updates, which come out about 3x a year and are always announced in advance.

Zenya AI Search

Cards in card bins are better found by content. Also, AI Search is now able to answer questions about the content of cards.

Card boxes

It is now possible to scan QR codes in Zenya, allowing users to easily access cards or documents with a printed QR code.

Audits

Managing classification categories for findings from an audit template has been simplified.

Risk

It is already possible to indicate that control tests can be run before they expire. However, this is now only possible when tasks are also created. From the next minor, it will also be possible to run control tests before they expire, without creating tasks to do so.
