Interactive documents 2.1.2

For interactive documents, standalone updates are performed. These can coincide with a minor or major release for Zenya, but do not have to. This applies to both Zenya on-premises and Zenya SaaS.

We regularly release a minor update for interactive documents. These updates mainly fix bugs. In addition, there may be minor functional changes in the update. These are improvements that make using interactive documents even easier and can be used without explanation. Larger functional changes are only made available in a major update.

This release includes functional changes, number of bug fixes and a technical update.

Functionality Drop-down panels and selector buttons

  • Fix "title" drop-down panel
    The header of a drop-down panel is fixed when you, the reader, scroll on. This keeps the reference of the content what is described in that particular drop-down panel.
  • Positioning of selection buttons
    From now on, you can specify under settings whether selection buttons should be positioned automatically, always horizontally or always vertically. By default, radio buttons are displayed horizontally. When multiple radio buttons are added within a block or the texts on the buttons are very long, the system automatically switches to a vertical display.

These improvements are aimed at increasing usability and flexibility when working with interactive documents.

Bug fixes

68623: When a hotspot was clicked in an interactive document, the image scrolled out of view. 

68605: Text on selection buttons was not fully visible when editing an interactive document.

68594: The hotspot text could not be set to a small or narrow image.

68414: Search and replace did not work for interactive document content.

64017: A text block with an empty condition could not be removed.
