For interactive documents, standalone updates are performed. These can coincide with a minor or major release for Zenya, but do not have to. This applies to both Zenya on-premises and Zenya SaaS.

We regularly release a minor update for interactive documents. These updates mainly fix bugs. In addition, there may be minor functional changes in the update. These are improvements that make using interactive documents even easier and can be used without explanation. Larger functional changes are only made available in a major update.

This release includes functional changes, number of bug fixes and a technical update.

Searching in interactive documents

The interactive documents in Zenya have been enhanced with a powerful search function that allows users to find information within complex documents quickly and efficiently. Key features include:

  • Search bar available in interactive documents
    Users can now search directly within the content of an interactive document via an integrated search bar.
  • Navigation between multiple search results
    When multiple results are found, you can easily navigate between them using arrows or the Enter key. You will automatically jump to the relevant result in the document.
  • Making search results visible in selection buttons
    If a search result is in a hidden section (such as a selection button), the path to that result is made visible. You can click the button to see the context of the result.
  • Highlight of search results
    Each result found is visually marked (highlighted) so that it immediately stands out in the document view.
