Zenya 7.7.0 Update 5
Every 14 days, we release a minor update for Zenya SaaS. In these updates, we make minor improvements, improve Zenya's performance and fix bugs. Minor updates have minimal impact for end users of Zenya. Changes with greater impact are always rolled out in major updates, which come out about 3x a year and are always announced in advance.
New features and improvements
In this update, you will find useful new features and several bug fixes that ensure a smoother experience. Check out what's new here.
Compliance
Make standard framework items scoreable or not
It is now possible, as in the old Compliance, to indicate per standards framework item whether it is scoreable or not. The standards framework item can still be opened and edited, but can no longer be evaluated. Non-scorable standards framework items are not included in the average score. An update of the Compliance dashboards will follow soon.

Bulk action Standard framework items scoreable or not
After adding the ability to make Norm Frame items scoreable or not, there is now also the ability to do this for an entire Norm Frame at once. In this way, an administrator does not have to individually click through all Standards Framework items to set these permissions.

Set and save views Compliance overview improved
When selecting organisational units, you can now choose to select a department incl. all sub-departments. When a sub-department is added or removed, the view is automatically updated by showing or removing that organisational unit from your Compliance view.

General
Warning when choosing ‘Public access’ user group’
From now on, when selecting the user group public access, a clear warning automatically appears in the selector. This notification explains that this makes the selected item visible to everyone, including people outside the organisation. This helps users to be more aware of publicly accessible content.
ProCaptcha security in FLOW and CHECK
To prevent abuse by automated bots, open forms in FLOW and open questionnaire surveys in CHECK now have an additional security check added. In FLOW, this check appears when a form is submitted, to make sure it is sent by a real user. In CHECK, the check only appears for questionnaire surveys that are open to anyone. After completing this check, you can simply complete and save the questionnaire as usual. This improvement ensures a more secure and reliable way of working with our online forms.
Zenya supports mutual TLS (mTLS) for organisations that want extra security (authentication) when connecting between their on-premises Zenya Proxy Connector and the SaaS environment. Organisations can provide their own client certificate for this purpose, which we securely store in the keyvault. This supplied certificate is automatically used when mTLS is required on the client side.
When available?
See status.infoland.nl for the exact date when this update will be rolled out to your organisation's Zenya environment(s).
