Zenya 7.7.0 Update 6

Every 14 days, we release a minor update for Zenya SaaS. In these updates, we make minor improvements, improve Zenya's performance and fix bugs. Minor updates have minimal impact for end users of Zenya. Changes with greater impact are always rolled out in major updates, which come out about 3x a year and are always announced in advance.

Compliance

‘Not scored’ filter in Compliance view
From now on, we will show an ‘Not scored’ filter by default at the filter per score field. This makes it possible to quickly see which compliance cells have not yet been scored for that score field.

More colours available for compliance score fields
We have added more colours for Compliance score fields so that, as a user, you have more control over the colour scale per score field type.

Framework relationship disclosure optimisation
When you view the relations of a frame item, the item you are currently viewing is also shown in the relation group. This provides more insight into exactly which frame items are in the group and which frame item you can unlink from the group.

Display framework relationship wizard improved
The display of the frame-item relationship wizard has been improved so that relevant information is better displayed when linking larger quantities of items.

Excel export compliance overview extension
While exporting the overview to Excel, we now also show the explanation given when evaluating a Compliance cell. We show this explanation for each score field added to a Compliance cell.

DOC

AI summaries
DOC AI summaries now provide shorter summaries with less generic terms like ‘document’ or ‘protocol’.

RISK

More information on Controls available from Risk BowTie
Within a risk's BowTie, more information is available about the linked Controls. On hover, the Control description is now shown directly and the side panel also offers this information. You now don't need to open the Control separately to see sufficient information about the linked Controls.

General

Central setting for “Public access (internet)” user group”
Administrators can now centrally determine whether user group Public access (internet) may be used within Zenya. If this option is turned off, the ability to select Public Access disappears in all modules. This increases security and prevents unwanted public access. For existing environments, the setting is on by default; new environments start with Public Access disabled.
