Zenya 7.7.0 Update 7

Every 14 days, we release a minor update for Zenya SaaS. In these updates, we make minor improvements, improve Zenya's performance and fix bugs. Minor updates have minimal impact for end users of Zenya. Changes with greater impact are always rolled out in major updates, which come out about 3x a year and are always announced in advance.

Compliance

We have enhanced the Compliance dashboard with support for displaying, filtering and sorting cells that are ‘Not Scoreable’.

  • Cells set as Non-scoring now show the value ‘Cannot be scored’ in the ‘Evaluation details’ table and in the ‘Evaluations per frame’ chart.
  • The value ‘Cannot be scored’ has been added to the available options in the filter panel. Users can now easily filter or sort by this new value, allowing Non-scorable-cells can be visible or, on the contrary, excluded.

Note! By default, all cells are always visible in the dashboard, including non-scorable cells. Use the filters on the left in the dashboard to not show these cells in the charts and tables.

Change requests - Old mapbox view phased out

In preparation for the removal of the old mapbox view, from now on it will no longer be possible to new create change requests in this old view.

Already existing change requests created in the old view can still be processed in that same view. This gives everyone enough time to complete pending requests properly before the old view is switched off completely.

RISK

Own field type ‘Annex’ for Risks and Controls
We have added the custom field type ‘Attachment’ to Risks and Controls. From now on, you can configure your Risk and Control types to allow an attachment.

Microsoft Office Online update 
Due to the recent rebranding of Microsoft Office Online to Microsoft 365 for the web Microsoft has mandated a retest of our Word Addin. In this process, we had to adjust several elements to comply with the new guidelines. Therefore, several buttons, labels and texts within the Office Online integration have been renamed or updated.
