Zenya 7.8.0 Update 7
Every 14 days, we release a minor update for Zenya SaaS. In these updates, we make minor improvements, improve Zenya's performance and fix bugs. Minor updates have minimal impact for end users of Zenya. Changes with greater impact are always rolled out in major updates, which come out about 3x a year and are always announced in advance.

In this update, you will find useful new features and several bug fixes that ensure a smoother experience. Check out what's new here.
General
Swagger re-enabled
The Swagger page is once again available for viewing API documentation. The page can be accessed via https://[zenyadomein]/api/swagger.
Zenya AI Chat is available
Zenya AI Chat is an AI chat module that is integrated directly into the Zenya environment. Staff ask questions in everyday language and receive answers based on their organisation’s own documents: protocols, policy manuals, guidelines and procedures.
The core features of Zenya AI Chat are Assistants: configurable AI specialists that administrators can set up themselves for each target group or department. A healthcare organisation can thus set up a separate Assistant for nursing, HR and the works council, each linked to the relevant document collection.
This release marks the launch of the first version of Zenya AI Chat: from the conversation interface and the configuration screen to the rights management system and the quality of the AI.
Zenya AI Chat
We have implemented a number of improvements to Zenya AI Chat to further optimise the user experience. These optimisations ensure smoother operation, improved performance and an even more reliable interaction with the AI assistant.
Add context more quickly with quote blocks
Zenya Chat users can now insert text from a reply as a quote block in the input field. This can be done by hovering over a paragraph or by selecting a section of text. Multiple quote blocks can be combined, and the user can type free-form text before, after and between the blocks.
Manually edit the title of a conversation
Users can manually edit the automatically generated title of a conversation from the conversation list.
Handle and follow up on feedback items with ease
Administrators can now mark feedback items in Zenya Chat as resolved and add a brief note about the action taken. Multiple items can be resolved at once using the multi-select function. Resolved items move to the bottom of the list, so that outstanding items always appear at the top.
A better understanding of feedback reports
Administrators can now open a feedback item to view the full conversation history. The message that triggered the feedback is highlighted in the chat view. This makes it immediately clear what the user asked, what the assistant replied, and which sources were used.
