This is the privacy statement of Infoland B.V. ("Infoland", "us", "we", "us", "our" or similar pronouns). We are responsible for processing personal data as reflected in this privacy statement.

Personal data we process

Infoland processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

- Gender
- Company name
- Company address details
- Phone number
- Email address
- Data about your activities on our website

Sensitive personal data

It is not our intention, without parental or guardian consent, to store data of website visitors under 16 years of age. However, we cannot control age and therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities. This is to prevent data being collected without consent. Why do we store personal data?

Infoland processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- For the purpose of our records.
- To inform you of changes to our services and/or products.
- For sending our newsletter and/or other marketing communications.
- Calling or emailing you if necessary to carry out our services
- To improve our website and better tailor our services and products to your preferences, we analyse our visitors' behaviour on the website. This is done completely anonymously.

Infoland does not make decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals on the basis of automated processing. These are decisions made by computer programmes or systems, without a human being in between.

How long we keep personal data

Infoland will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected.

Infoland never sells your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies processing your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Infoland remains responsible for this processing.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we hold on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to avg@infoland.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, erase your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Infoland would also like to inform you that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Personal Data Authority. How we secure personal data

Infoland takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you feel that your data is nevertheless not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via avg@infoland.nl.
