About four times a year, we release a major update for iProva. In these updates, we introduce new features and ensure that existing functionalities work even easier and better. These updates also ensure that iProva stays technically 'up to date'.

Curious about what's new in iProva 5.9? We've summarised it for you on this page.

Reporting, analysing and improving

With several small improvements, we are continuously ensuring that you can build even more powerful forms and workflows. For example, in iProva 5.9, it becomes possible to have conditional sections in forms triggered by a formula field.

Questionnaires

The module Measuring & Inspecting (iCheck) lets you easily design and distribute questionnaires, gives you insight into the results, and lets you set out improvement actions in response to those results.
The most common applications are: audit questionnaires, periodic checks (such as safety rounds) and surveys such as, for example, supplier evaluation, employee satisfaction and self-assessment as part of accreditation.

Completing questionnaires is increasingly done 'on the spot'. That is why we are coming up with a completely revamped look & feel for filling in questionnaires. Fully 'responsive', meaning that filling in a questionnaire works just as well on a smartphone as on a tablet, as on a desktop PC.

And further in iProva 5.9...

  • The existing import and export options for (standards) frameworks are extended.
It will be possible to 'update' an existing framework to a newer version.
  • Via the "Help" button in iProva's top bar, quickly access the Infoland Community
  • iProva SaaS customers who have both production and test environments can now explicitly designate their test environment as such (different text in the top bar, different theme) and can redirect outgoing email traffic from iProva to a dedicated mailbox for testing purposes. These functionalities were already available for iProva on-premises.
  • New possibilities in application management, in line with the new technical interface for user provisioning what has been introduced in iProva 5.8.
